Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is seeking an RBT to join our Missouri-based team, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism in home or community settings. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure high-quality care.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of ABA-related experience, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma. Training and mentorship are provided to support your growth.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Willing to have a background check.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients' homes.
• Must possess a High School Degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for children aged 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Enter data and all trials utilized daily for each pediatric patient for all programs targeted.
