Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism in home or community settings across Oklahoma. You will support individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervision to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Must possess a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients’ homes
• Must have a High School Degree

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with BCBA and RBT team; receive supervision at minimum 10% of services.
• Enter data daily for all programs targeted; comply with BACB guidelines.
