Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy or working with children with disabilities/autism is preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children and young adults.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Maintain open communication with BCBA and team; participate in supervision and meetings.
