Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an RBT to conduct 1:1 ABA therapy for children and young adults with autism in home or community settings. The role includes implementing individualized plans, collecting data, and collaborating with BCBA supervisors to ensure high-quality care.

Qualified candidates bring strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to be supervised. A High School Diploma is required, and a reliable car with a valid license is needed for client visits.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Experience in ABA or working with children with disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable car and valid driver's license for commuting to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain data entry for trials daily and communicate with BCBA and team.
• Receive supervision from BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
