Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. We offer multiple schedules, competitive pay, and supportive supervision for ongoing professional development.

As an RBT or BT, you will work with BCBAs and clinical leaders to implement treatment plans, build essential skills, and help families navigate daily routines with confidence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience, including work with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between client locations.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented with openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction using evidence-based strategies.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Record data accurately, complete session documentation, and communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure high-quality care.
