Job summary

Hand Over Hand provides in-home and community-based ABA services. The role supports individuals with autism and developmental disabilities by building communication, social, and daily living skills.

As an RBT or BT, you will work under BCBA supervision across home, school, and community settings, with flexible schedules and ongoing training to advance your certification and clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and have a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable working independently in home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate observations to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members to provide high-quality care.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
