Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA and experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Active RBT certification if applicable; BTs may be pursuing certification.
• Pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision using evidence-based strategies.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Accurately collect and record data and communicate progress to the clinical team.
