Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC delivers Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. As an RBT or BT, you will implement evidence-based strategies under supervision to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Commitment to professional standards and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies such as reinforcement, prompting, NET, DTT, and task analysis.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Support skill development and independence across everyday environments and routines.
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate observations and progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members to provide consistent, high-quality care.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold all ethical and professional standards.
