Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, school, and community settings. As an RBT or BT, you will deliver 1:1 ABA services, implement individualized plans, and support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

You will work with experienced BCBAs and clinical leaders, receive paid training and supervision, and benefit from flexible scheduling and growth opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA and experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client-site travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision using evidence-based strategies.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure high-quality care.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
