Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC provides ABA services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. As an RBT/BT, you will help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation for travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Accurately collect and record data; complete session documentation; communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, and other team members.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standards.
