Acclimate ABA is hiring a dedicated Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. The role involves implementing treatment plans and collecting progress data under supervision, with emphasis on compassionate client care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to compassionate, professional client care.

• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
