Job summary

MeBe, a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism, seeks a BCBA specializing in early intervention in Texas. You will assess, plan, and implement interventions to support essential skills in young learners.

You will coach parents, supervise RBTs, track progress with data, and collaborate with a talented ABA, OT, and Speech team across clinic, home, and school settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required for this role.
• Texas LBA license preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience with ABA and working with kids with autism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Individualized Skill and Behavior Assessments using VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, BRIEF.
• Develop and oversee customized treatment plans.
• Provide parent coaching.
• Deliver ongoing professional development to RBTs.
• Assess kiddo progress through data analysis.
