Job summary

MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. The BCBA will lead assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, coach parents, and train RBTs to ensure high-quality, data-driven care across clinic, home, school, and telehealth settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing professional development, and delivering measurable progress for keystone developmental goals in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with kids with autism or other developmental delays using ABA.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Professional demeanor and ethics in client care.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Individualized Skill and Behavior Assessments using VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF.
• Developing and overseeing customized treatment plans.
• Providing parent coaching and RBT development.
• Delivering ongoing professional development to RBTs.
• Analyzing data to track client progress and adjust interventions.
