Job summary

ACES is a leading provider of ABA services with a hybrid work schedule including two remote days per week. The Clinical Manager, Quality Assurance, will regularly evaluate treatment progression, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with treatment plans under Clinical Director supervision.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in ABA or related field with BCBA certification or license, and have 3+ years of supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field; BCBA certification or clinical license.
• 3+ years (5+ preferred) of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a small to moderate caseload.
• Assist Clinical Director with intervention on clinical cases to influence positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager on client cohort progress and payor communication.
• Evaluate clinical quality and provide consultation to BI’s and parents/caregivers.
• Provide collaboration on cases not progressing in alignment with treatment plans.
• Participate in advanced clinical consultation with the treatment team.
• Communicate with parents regarding clinical concerns.
• Provide parent training workshops and services.
• Attend IEP meetings as needed.
• Monitor and provide input on outcome data trends.
