Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services in Alameda, Fremont, and Newark is seeking an ABA Supervisor to support BCBA-led programs for children and teens up to 18. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop individualized ABA plans, and ensure evidence-based interventions across home, school, and community settings.

We offer opportunities for in-person client visits with travel, and flexible schedules in part‑time and full‑time roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in psychology, early education, or related field.
• 2+ years experience implementing behavior modification interventions.
• Afternoons/evenings with some weekends; reliable transportation and license.
• Live Scan FBI & DOJ clearance required.
• Ability to obtain TB test and physical; travel is required.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.; in-person work with client travel.
• CPR & First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs with families and professionals.
• Deliver individual and group sessions to help clients achieve goals.
• Train and supervise Behavior Interventionists and review progress.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III) and set treatment goals.
• Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans for home, school, and community.
• Coach parents and caregivers; promote daily routine integration.
• Analyze data and write reports to ensure evidence-based practice.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, families and staff.
• Manage ABA session schedules and coordinate in-home visits.
• Meet with families to review progress and refine plans.
• Work primarily with children and adolescents up to 18 years.
