MeBe Family is a provider of ABA services for children with autism, offering opportunities to supervise RBTs and oversee treatment plans across clinic, home, and community settings. You will conduct assessments, develop plans, and ensure program quality while collaborating with BCBA supervision.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, interdisciplinary collaboration, and flexibility to travel between sites, with a focus on evidence-based approaches and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years delivering direct ABA intervention to children with Autism
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and validated methodologies for ASD
• Ability to identify opportunities, plan, implement and evaluate improvements
• Satisfactory attendance
• Ability to travel to multiple work sites; valid driver's license & insurance

Aufgaben

• Conduct skill and behavior assessments using VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland III, and other tools
• Design and submit comprehensive treatment plans including Skill Acquisition Plans and BIPs
• Supervise RBTs in implementing treatment plans
• Provide direct service in clinic, home, or school settings under supervision
• Design and implement parent training programs and curricula (RUBI, Project Impact)
• Ensure client authorization utilization requirements are met
• Attend monthly clinic meetings
• Manage limited non-billable supervisory duties per 10 hours of billable work
• Work in both in-clinic and in-home settings
