Education Behavior Consultants Inc (EBC) is seeking a Senior RBT / Mid-Level Supervisor / BCaBA to provide direct oversight of client programming and supervise RBTs and BCaBAs. The role involves collaboration with families and other providers, with a focus on evidence-based, trauma-informed care across home, school, and clinic environments.

The position emphasizes leadership, clinical expertise, and ongoing professional growth, with supervision and documentation duties across multiple settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience with ASD or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct ABA therapy in-home, school, or clinic/community settings.
• Oversee and supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs; provide coaching and supervision.
• Contribute to functional assessments and FBAs; assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets ethical, legal, and funding-source standards.
• Collaborate with families, BCBA teammates, and other providers.
