Zusammenfassung

EBC is seeking a Senior RBT/ Mid-Level Supervisor/ BCaBA to provide direct oversight of client programming and supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs. The role collaborates with families and other providers to deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA therapy in various settings, ensuring ethical documentation, and contributing to clinical development projects. Telehealth options and in-person work are available as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Trauma-informed care and cognitive-behavioral techniques familiarity preferred.
• Leadership and mentoring ability for team supervision.

Aufgaben

• Oversee client programming and supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Implement ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Monitor progress and adjust data-driven treatment plans.
• Maintain ethical, legal, and funding-source compliant documentation.
• Participate in team reviews and clinical development projects.
