Job summary

The role requires BCBA certification, Master’s in ABA, CPR, and the ability to travel up to 50% locally. You’ll work under Regional Clinical Director guidance and contribute to program quality and training.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Must possess BCBA certification and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality clinical supervision and work direction to direct reports in ABA programs.
• Oversees all components of ABA programs for caseload.
• Facilitates training and onboarding for new associates; ongoing staff development.
• Keeps current with autism research and best practices; attends conferences as needed.
• Manages recruitment/selection processes and coordinates with HR.
