Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• 2–3 years of professional experience working with children with ASD in a multi-disciplinary setting.
• Must be able to pass post-offer physical and TB test and provide vaccination proof.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ABA programs across caseloads to ensure quality and best-practice adherence.
• Provide parent education and delivery of intervention activities; liaise with families, therapists, and health providers.
• Coordinate staff trainings and supervise performance and productivity of associates.
• Participate in recruitment/selection processes with Regional Clinical Director and HR.
• Attend conferences and trainings to stay current on autism and related fields.
