Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a qualified BCBA to provide clinical supervision and lead ABA programs for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and ASD. You will oversee program delivery, supervise direct reports, and ensure best-practice guidelines are followed.

The role requires a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, CPR, and 2–3 years of ASD experience in a multidisciplinary setting. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification.
• 2–3 years of professional experience with ASD in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Must possess CPR certification.
• Ability to obtain required clearances and vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and oversees ABA programs for children with ASD.
• Conducts evaluations, QA reviews, and audits as assigned.
• Leads staff meetings and develops training materials.
• Supports recruitment and onboarding of program associates; travels as required.
