• Experience working toward BCBA certification or supervision duties.

Responsibilities

• Inspire Growth and Progress: Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure continuous client progress under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Empower and Support: Mentor behavior technicians to learn and grow professionally and implement treatment plans effectively.
• Adapt and Thrive: Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities and manage a dynamic caseload.
