Job summary

PBS Corp. in California seeks a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team development. The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. English/Spanish bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

The candidate will coordinate program implementation, monitor performance, and manage staffing and documentation to maintain high-quality services across regions.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local regulations and/or BCaBA certification
• Bachelor's degree with 12 semester units in ABA and 1 year supervisory ABA experience
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required
• Ensure all required documentation—E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree

12 semester units in applied behavior analysis

1 year of supervisory ABA experience
