PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

The position involves program oversight, collaboration with regional teams, staffing management, and ensuring documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and at least 1 year supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
