Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA or higher certification required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 semester units in ABA and one year supervisory ABA experience required.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
