Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree with ABA coursework and supervision experience.
• Experience supervising ABA services and oversight of interventions.

Responsibilities

• Overshoot program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold clinical and licensure standards in practice.
