Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve ABA units and one year of supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Mentor supervisees and support their professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards in clinical practice.
