PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of teams in California. The role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation—E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
