Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve semester units in ABA and one year supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure client satisfaction and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, certification, and company policies.
• Mentor supervisees and support staff development.
• Ensure documentation and post-hire compliance forms are completed on time.
