The position emphasizes overseeing client services, coordinating regional teams, and maintaining compliance with licensure and company policies.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification or higher in accordance with local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year of supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
