Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting the professional growth of their teams. You will lead with strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership while upholding PBS Corp.'s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or BCaBA or higher.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and one year supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure client satisfaction and efficiency.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards aligned with licensure and certification.

Skills

BCaBA certification or higher

Active state licensure

Supervisory ABA experience

Education

Bachelor's degree

12 semester units in applied behavior analysis

One year supervisory ABA experience
