Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local requirements or BCaBA certification
• Bachelor's degree with 12 semester units in ABA
• At least 1 year supervisory ABA experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state regulations
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Mentor and support supervisees' professional development
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
