Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification (or higher).

• Experience supervising staff and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and staff needs as required.
• Ensure all documentation (including E Sign and compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
