Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery across multiple teams in California.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. You will oversee program implementation, ensure continuity of care, mentor supervisees, and manage staffing while maintaining regulatory compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active licensure or BCaBA certification required.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on location.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
