Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery for assigned clients in California.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Responsibilities include supervising teams, coordinating with regional groups, ensuring compliance with licensure and certification, and managing scheduling and staffing.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local regulatory requirements.
• BCaBA certification or higher as an acceptable credential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Education

Active state licensure + California (or applicable state)

BCaBA certification or higher
