Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager in California to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery for assigned clients.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards. You will supervise teams, ensure continuity of care, and support professional development while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local regulations and/or BCaBA certification or higher.
• Experience supervising clinical teams and coordinating service delivery.
• Ability to maintain compliance with licensure and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire documents, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor and mentor supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification.
