The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Responsibilities include coordinating regional teams, managing staffing and scheduling, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring supervisees while upholding ethical clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• BCaBA or higher certification preferred; additional state credentials may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation—E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
