Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager in California to oversee program delivery and ensure high-quality service for assigned clients.

You will coordinate regional teams, maintain compliance with licensure and certification requirements, and support the professional growth of supervisees in a collaborative, clinical setting. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Certification as BCaBA or higher.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
