This role emphasizes administrative efficiency, licensure compliance, and staff development across the program. The incumbent will coordinate with regional units, ensure timely documentation, and maintain high standards aligned with PBS Corp.’s policies and California regulations.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulations and/or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Experience overseeing service delivery and coordinating teams.
• Ability to maintain high professional and ethical standards with licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign and compliance forms—is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification.
