Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or board certification as BCaBA or higher.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year of supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
