Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, safeguard continuity of care, and foster team growth across regions. Strong clinical judgment and leadership are essential, with bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

Requires active licensure or BCaBA or higher, a BA/BS with 12 ABA units and supervisory ABA experience; state-specific credentials may be needed depending on location.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 state units in ABA and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire docs, and compliance forms is accurate.
• Mentor supervisees and support professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure/certification.

Skills

Supervisory ABA experience
