Strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership are essential; bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged. The role requires active licensure or BCaBA, a Bachelor’s degree with 12 ABA units and one year of supervisory ABA experience, with additional state credentials possibly required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and one year supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
