Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Program Managers to oversee and coordinate high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth in California.

The role requires active licensure or BCaBA+, a BA/BS with 12 ABA units and supervisory ABA experience, plus strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and scheduling skills. Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state credentials may be required by service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
