Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. You will coordinate with regional teams, monitor outcomes, and uphold PBS standards of excellence in a dynamic clinical environment.

The ideal candidate holds active state licensure or BCaBA or higher, a Bachelor's degree with ABA coursework, and at least one year in a supervisory ABA role. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA or higher.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve ABA units.
• One year of supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
