Job summary

PBS Corp. in California seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and mentor teams. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards.

The ideal candidate holds active licensure or BCaBA, a bachelor’s with 12 ABA units, and at least one year supervising ABA services. Bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local requirements or BCaBA or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree with twelve ABA units and one year supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
