Job summary

PBS Corp. in California seeks a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team growth. The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards.

Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply. Candidates must hold active licensure or BCaBA or higher, a Bachelor’s degree with ABA coursework, and at least one year of supervisory ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree, twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year of experience in a supervisory ABA role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
