Job summary

PBS Corp. in Marysville, CA, is seeking a Program Manager to oversee high-quality ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care for clients. You will coordinate clinicians, supervise programs, and uphold clinical and ethical standards.

The role requires active licensure or BCaBA+, a bachelor’s degree with ABA coursework, and supervisory ABA experience. You will partner with regional teams, manage scheduling, and ensure timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis or equivalent, and one year supervisory ABA experience.
• Active state licensure per local regulations or BCaBA certification at minimum.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification requirements.
