Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification elevated to higher
• Bachelor's degree with at least 12 semester units in applied behavior analysis
• One year of experience in a supervisory ABA role overseeing behavior modification services
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time
• Mentor and support the professional development of supervisees
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
