Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a Program Manager to oversee program implementation and service delivery, coordinating regional teams and ensuring compliance with state regulations. You will support scheduling, staffing, and documentation, while mentoring supervisees and upholding ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required and/or BCaBA certification or higher.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Education
