Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery for assigned clients across California. The role requires active licensure or BCaBA certification, with leadership responsibilities and a focus on regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Active state licensure or BCaBA certification (or higher) required.
Clinical leadership and strong organizational skills required.
Regulatory knowledge and adherence to licensure standards required.

Responsibilities

Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
